Refund policy
You can return unworn items in their original packaging (preferably the original jewelry box) within 14 days of delivery. Returns are free — we provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Final sale
Sale items, custom-made or personalized pieces (including engraved items), and basic box essentials are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To start a return, email us at info@faniemariejewelry.com. We'll review your request within 24–48 hours and send you return instructions by email.
Damaged or defective items
If your piece arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, email us at info@faniemariejewelry.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send you a replacement at no cost, or issue store credit if the piece is no longer available. Normal wear, misuse, and pieces repaired by a third party are not covered.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
