Thank you for your purchase from our Fanie Marie jewelry store. We are almost positive that you will be very happy with your purchase. If in the unlikely event that you are not happy or just not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Gift cards, birthday discount purchases, custom pieces and permanently discounted or marked down merchandise are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Need to Process Your Return?
You can return all unworn, unused items for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the product.
We’ve partnered with Happy Returns, allowing you to return in-person at one of 2,900 locations across the country.

Start Your Returns or Exchange
Enter your order number and billing zip code.
You will be presented with your order history. Just select the product you wish to return.
Select a reason for the return and we will give you options for a direct exchange or full refund.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each item you wish to return.
Review and verify your selections and submit your return.
After digitally submitting your return, you will be presented with 2 options on how to return your item(s).
Return your item(s) in-person at a Happy Returns Location. Bring the item(s) you wish to return. That’s it! No box or receipt required. You will receive an immediate refund. Does it get any easier than that?

Return your item(s) by Mail
We provide FREE RETURN SHIPPING for eligible items.
Print out the return shipping label and affix it to the original packaging and make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you received them.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Fanie Marie will process your return. Please allow at least 3 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed.
