As with all jewelry, keep your pearls and CZ pieces away from perfumes, saltwater, and sweat.

Jewelry Repair Policy

We want you to love every piece from Fanie Marie Jewelry! That’s why we offer a one-year warranty on all our jewelry. This warranty covers any damage due to defects in material or craftsmanship during normal wear. If your piece qualifies, we’ll repair it at no cost or replace it with a product of equal value if the original is no longer available. Don't worry, we promise to make it super quick and easy for you. 

Please note: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, exposure to harsh chemicals, or intentional misuse. If you're unsure whether your piece qualifies, send us your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll be happy to assist! All returns must be securely packaged (preferably in the original jewelry box) 

Fanie Marie, LLC is not responsible for lost jewelry after delivery has been accepted.
