SHIPPING INFORMATION
📦 Track Your Orders: All purchases come with tracking so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Shipping will be processed within 1-2 business days after credit card authorization and verification, then shipped. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing on the next business day.
For Express and Next Day Shipping:
- Orders placed before 12 PM CST (Monday–Friday) will ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

Next Day Shipping refers to next business day delivery (Monday–Friday). UPS, DHL, and FedEx do not deliver Next Day packages on weekends unless Saturday delivery is arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance if you require Saturday delivery so we can confirm availability and pricing.

RETURN POLICY
At Fanie Marie Jewelry, we believe your style should reflect who you are, and we're sure you'll love your new pieces. But if for any reason you're not totally satisfied, we accept returns on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Fanie Marie, LLC provides FREE RETURN SHIPPING for eligible items. Contact us at info@faniemariejewelry.com your request will be accepted within 24-48 hours. You will then receive all the instructions to follow by email. All returns must be securely packaged (preferably in the original jewelry box)
Items Not Eligible for Return
Sale items, personalized and engraved items, as well as basic box essentials, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Sale Items
Everyone loves a great deal! We always strive to offer the best prices on our sale items, and because of this, all sale items are final sale. Please make sure to read all product details on sale items before purchasing.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. For any inquiries concerning repairs, returns or exchanges, please contact Customer Service:

ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
An agreement for Fanie Marie, LLC ("Seller") to sell goods to you ("Purchaser") is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed. Seller's charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by Purchaser.
