SHIPPING INFORMATION

📦 Track Your Orders: All purchases come with tracking so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Shipping will be processed within 1-2 business days after credit card authorization and verification, then shipped. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing on the next business day.

For Express and Next Day Shipping:

  • Orders placed before 12 PM CST (Monday–Friday) will ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.
  • Next Day Shipping refers to next business day delivery (Monday–Friday). UPS, DHL, and FedEx do not deliver Next Day packages on weekends unless Saturday delivery is arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance if you require Saturday delivery so we can confirm availability and pricing.

Important: All shipping charges are non-refundable. If you need Saturday delivery, please contact us before placing your order, as additional fees may apply.

RETURN POLICY

At Fanie Marie Jewelry, we want you to love your pieces. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns on all unworn items within 10 days of delivery.

RETURN COST  
Returns are free for customers on unworn items returned within 10 days of delivery. We provide a prepaid return shipping label. 

RETURN METHOD  
Returns must be sent by mail. To start a return, please contact us at info@faniemariejewelry.com. Your request will be reviewed within 24–48 hours, and you will receive return instructions by email.

REFUND PROCESSING  
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

RETURN CONDITIONS  
Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging (preferably in the original jewelry box).

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS  
Sale items, personalized or engraved items, and basic box essentials are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS  

An agreement for Fanie Marie, LLC ("Seller") to sell goods to you ("Purchaser") is made when we accept your order. Product descriptions, pricing, and applicable taxes are confirmed at checkout. Shipping, packaging, and related costs are included in the final invoice and are the responsibility of the Purchaser.
